Light-induced halide segregation in perovskites with wrinkled morphology
文献摘要:
Metal-halide perovskites(MHP)are prominent candidates for the new generation of solar cells. The outstanding properties of halide perovskite materials are at the basis of high-performance optoelectronic devices, such as single junction[1]or multi-junction solar cells[2]and light-emitting diodes[3].With a gen-eral structure ABX3,tuning the optoelectronic and structural prop-erties of the perovskite can be done through stoichiometric engineering,e.g.,by varying the type and intermix of the halogen anion on X site(between Br,I,and Cl)and the cation on the A-site(usually methylammonium, formamidinium, and cesium)[4-7].The mixing of halide ions in the perovskite structure is the key that brings versatility to this material[8].However,one of the biggest challenges that commercialization of perovskite-based devices is facing concerns the instability of the perovskite itself[9,10],especially when continuously exposed to oxygen[11,12],humidity[13-15],and illumination[16].And specifically, for MHP with mixed halides,a peculiar process referred to as halide segregation is a significant source of instability[16].
