Domain controlling and defect passivation for efficient quasi-2D perovskite LEDs

Metal halide perovskites have made rapid progress in photonic and optoelectronic applications since the first re-port of solid-state perovskite solar cells in 2012[1].Perovskites feature superior luminescence properties beneficial for the ap-plication in light emitting diodes(LEDs),such as high photolu-minescence quantum yields(PLQYs),narrow emission,and tun-able bandgaps[2,3].Low-cost perovskite LEDs(PeLEDs)have at-tracted interests,causing fast enhancement of their perform-ances,and demonstrating great potential in next-generation lighting and display applications.
