Highly Efficient Quasi-Homogeneous System for Photocatalytic H2O2 Production

Hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)has received much attention as a promising highly efficient and environmentally benign oxidant,which is widely used in organic synthesis,wastewater treatment and energy field.Especially,H2O2 is completely soluble in water and easy to transport,making it an ideal energy carrier to replace H2.To date,the traditional methods of producing H2O2 mainly in-clude anthraquinone oxidation and direct synthesis from H2 and O2.However,the above methods still need to input high energy,produce environmentally harmful substances and have explosion risk,which hinder their practical applications.
