1.Introduction
The increasing consumption of fossil fuels leads to energy shortage and environmental crisis like global warming,which requires researchers to focus on more efficient energy storage and conversion systems.[1-4]Thus,fuel cells and water splitting techniques now thrive rapidly,[5,6]while their core reactions,such as HER,OER,and ORR,are kinetically sluggish.Therefore,many efforts have been devoted to explore efficient electrocatalysts.
