After announced carbon neutrality targets,more homework ahead for research

By January 2022,more than 130 countries announced their carbon neutrality target by 2050 or before 2060,with more than 80%of global emissions,making it possible to achieve the Paris Agreement targets.Base on the IEA(2021),COP26 climate pledges could help limit global warming to 1.8℃,but implementing them will be the key.This is a big change by looking back the history of human being's action on climate change.
