Laureola leucocephala sp.nov.,representing a new record genus from China(Isopoda:Oniscidea:Armadillidae)
文献摘要:
The genus Laureola was established by Barnard(1960)for some species previously ascribed to the genus Akermania Collinge,1919.The genus is mainly defined by the head with a well-developed frontal shield and a pair of long antennae;the foliaceous body with long spines or spiniform tubercles on the dorsum, all the epimera are pointed except for the first pereonite with a blunted round epimera, pereonites 1,2 and often 3 with ventral lobes, and all the pereopods are long and frail;most species with triangular telson except forL.canberrensis(Vandel,1973)and L.dubia Schmalfuss&Ferrara,1983 have rectangular distal parts, uropod protopodite is normally triangular, and the exopodite is well-developed;epimera of pleon segments 3-5 with acute apical tips, all the pleopods exopodites are present, and equipped with pseudotracheae(Schmalfuss&Ferrara,1983).
