Inoherb engaged in IPO for three times

On November 10th, 2022, Shanghai Inoherb Cosmetics Co., Ltd signed the listing guidance agreement with China International Capital Corporation Limited and kick-started the IPO process in A-share. It was the third time for it to try IPO after its first submission of prospectus in 2012 and the restart in 2020. Against the background of slowing market growth, Inoherb achieved a double-digit increase year-on-year in 2021, including online and offine, and is expected to achieve positive growth in 2022. The golden age of Inoherb was between 2000 and 2013. And the three years between 2014 and 2016 were missed by Inoherb. Until 2021 and 2022, the sleepy Inoherb once again attracted the wide attention in the market.
