With the lightning speed of artificial intelligence,brain-like intelligence,and modern communications technology evolution,it is no wonder that the demand for intelligent mobile communications has increased rapidly in recent years.The future of communication networks is beginning to shift towards a new paradigm from data-oriented information interconnections to intelligence-oriented information interconnections.The paradigm shift relies on high-speed wireless transmission and demands more network intelligence and service diversity.In order to construct the future intelligent communication network,researchers are beginning to rethink how mobile communication systems transmit and exploit intelligent information.Intellicise communication system is the answer to the question.
