Overcoming the Limitation of Cs2AgBiBr6 Double Perovskite Solar Cells Through Using Mesoporous Ti02 Electron Extraction Layer

1.Introduction
The lead-based halide perovskite has been studied intensively in the last decade,for its high absorption coefficient,direct and tunable bandgap,long and balanced hole,electron diffusion length,etc.[1,2]Although the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the lead-based perovskite solar cells(PSCs)has reached 25.5%,[3]the problem of Pb toxicity and device instability impedes the large-scale commercialization.[4-7]There-fore,the strategy to substitute the Pb2+cation with the nontoxicity cations(such as Sn2+,Ge2+,Bi3+,and Sb3+)becomes a promising method to solve the toxicity problem.
