On this important occasion, in a conversation with ChinAfrica, Mugisha Wilberforce Fred, charge d'a!aires at the Ugandan Embassy in China, discussed topics including people-to-people contacts and dialogues between political parties of the two countries, as well as the so-called "debt trap."
